President

Melanie S. Daniels
It is my honor to continue to serve in chapter leadership within the National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. - Delaware Chapter. Now more than ever, the work of our mission is vitally important. NC100BW-DE is committed to advocate on behalf of Black women and girls and to promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education, and economic empowerment.
I am so proud of the work of the dedicated, strong, dynamic women of the NC100BW- Delaware Chapter. From launching our civic engagement program that has trained over 100 women to become advocates and community leaders, to our Sisters Saving Sisters: Beyond the Mask initiative designed to raise awareness, provide resources, and educate Black Women and Girls about overcoming and getting beyond COVID-19. Our collective efforts are making a difference.
NC100BW-Delaware intends to continue growing and I am looking forward to expanding our collaborations, partnerships, and advocacy work as we build a legacy of leaders and advocates focused on improving the quality of life for Black women and girls statewide.
To the NC100BW-Delaware Chapter leaders and members past and present, I say thank you for your dedication of time, talent, and treasure. To those visiting our website and are interested in ways to get involved in the movement, we welcome you to explore our website, engage in our activities and contact us at ncbwofdelaware@outlook.com.
