NC100BW-DE shapes our policy agenda through strategic alliances and partnerships. The collective voices of Black women from all  matter to us.

"Strength of a Woman" (SOW) is a Black Women's Roundtable creating space for information sharing, ideation, dialogue and action planning. 

SOW will feature a keynote address by Jotaka Eaddy, an award-winning strategist, advocate, host and connector with more than 20 years of experience in policy, advocacy and movement building. 


In 2020, Jotaka founded the movement #WinwithBlackWomen, an intergenerational, intersectional group of Black women leaders to stand united. The network has garnered more than 1 billion organic impressions on social media and is credited with making a significant impact on supporting the…
