Bring your beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and your tribe as we intentionally pause to care for our bodies, minds, and spirits.

As part of our Black Girls Move wellness initiative, this free community event places a spotlight on rest as resistance and restoration as a right. With relaxation at the center, we’ll enjoy calming waves, soulful conversations, light movement, and meaningful fellowship in a peaceful beachside setting.
