Our members represent Community Activists, Politicians, Executives, Educators, Retirees, College Graduates, Business Owners, and members of the community. We invite you to be apart of our journey.
The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, Inc. - Delaware Chapter is a local affiliate of a national non-profit advocacy group whose mission is to advocate on behalf of Black women and girls through national and local actions and strategic alliances that promote leadership development and gender equity in the areas of health, education and economic empowerment.
Our member-based organization consists of a diverse group of very talented, dedicated, and career-oriented women. The underlying commonality that ties us together is the desire to effect positive change for black women and girls. We are surrounded by a group of strong, progressive women, promoting a sisterly bond that provides support and guidance, both professionally and personally.
We operate through a committee structure to address issues in the various areas of our agenda. Our standing committees are Budget & Finance; Fund Development; Economic empowerment; Health; Membership; and Public Policy and Advocacy. General body meetings are held monthly on the 4th Tuesday.

Eligibility/Qualifications for Membership
Must be a woman of at least eighteen (18) years of age;
Must embrace the Mission and Purpose of the Coalition;
Should have an interest and/or demonstrated evidence of service or
leadership in the community; and
Must be sponsored by a current Chapter member in “good standing”
(as referred to in the definition section of Article III and referenced in the
Chapter’s Operating Policies and Procedures)
